The chip uses the industry's most advanced trench gate field termination (trench FS) technology combined with carrier storage technology and ultra-thin die process technology to achieve extremely low on-state voltage drop and switching losses.
By optimizing the chip structure and process, the device parameters have been well optimized, and the comprehensive performance has reached the industry's leading level, and has passed a series of automotive-grade tests and reliability experiments to verify that it can be used in new energy vehicle motor drive and other fields.
